Bucks lost by two wickets to Norfolk in a tense Unicorns Counties Championship East Division game at Manor Park, Norwich on Tuesday, despite an excellent spell by High Wycombe left-arm spinner Conner Haddow.
In a low-scoring contest on a slow pitch, Bucks who were put in to bat, made 219 from 81.1 overs in their first innings thanks to 88 from opener Masoor Khan - the highest innings of the match.
Norfolk replied with 226-9 from 90 overs, Haddow taking 4-78 from 33 overs.
Second time around, Bucks slipped from 69-1 to 88-6 before Robin Pritchard's 37 lifted them to 169 all out.
Set 163 victory, Norfolk seemed tone struggling at 80-5, but eventually edged home on 163-8.
Haddow returned 5-55 for an impressive match haul of 9-133 from 55.5 overs.
